Well, my nickname is actually Dutchie, my real name is Sanne Abrahams, nice to meet you!

My art story began from when I was little and I could barely hold a pencil in my hand. I was always drawing or painting, but mostly drawing. I got sketchbooks piling up and got better and better. At school I didn’t get exciting assignments and my grades for drawing were just ok. When I graduated from high school I started MultiMedia design. I figured I wanted to become a graphic designer because I was always drawing and this suited my creativity the most.

I graduated as a graphic designer and had different jobs in design. But, since I started college I barely made a drawing, it was just graphic design all the way. I finally found some inspiration to draw and bought an iPad to use as a drawing tablet. And this is where I ignited my love for drawing again!

I started drawing and I started my Instagram account to share my art and follow other artists. This was eye opening for me, so many artists with amazing art and a wonderful community to be in and made great new friends from all over the world. My following grew and people got interested to buy my custom made art. This was a huge step for me, scary but exciting. Since then I’ve had many happy customers and got an amazing opportunity to sell my art at a gallery.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with great artists like Art by Ziza and Koen Betjes and even made a custom piece for a Dutch celebrity.
